Team Manager / Assistant Manager Responsibilities
As Team Manager / Assistant Manager you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of playing in all Total Football leagues. Through entering a Total Football league you and all players / spectators associated with your team agree to all T&Cs outlined below.
It is the responsibility of the Team Manager / Assistant Manager to ensure all players are made aware of the terms and conditions and rules of playing in a Total Football league.
If the role of the Team Manager / Assistant Manager changes then this must be made known to Total Football immediately. The details of the new Team Manager / Assistant Manager must be given to Total Football in writing.
It is the Team Manager / Assistant Managers responsibility to ensure all players within the team are aged 18+. Players under the age of 18 are not permitted to play in any Total Football leagues unless Total Football advertise that league as an U18 specific league.
Team Managers / Assistant Managers are responsible for settling all match costs / debts / team fines with Total Football.
Team Manager / Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring all players are registered with the league before playing by the way of submitting a team sheet prior to KO. Team sheets will be provided on the night.
Team Managers / Assistant Managers must ensure all players arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled KO time.
Team Managers / Assistant Managers are responsible for the conduct of his/her players and all spectators connected with the team.
Acceptance in to a Total Football League / Event is subject to space within the league / event and is at the complete discretion of Total Football.
Fixtures
Total Football will attempt to put fixtures up on the website at least 48 hours in advance.
Total Football will contact all Team Managers / Assistant Managers to alert them that fixtures are accessible on the website in order to provide maximum time for teams to organise themselves.
Total Football reserve the right to change fixtures at any point if it’s deemed to be in the best interest of the league. Total Football will endeavour to provide suitable notice to all teams effected.
Team Managers will be the first point of contact for Total Football when confirming fixtures.
If no correspondence has been made between Team Managers and Total Football then Assistant Managers will be contacted.
If no correspondence has been made between Team Managers/Assistant Managers and Total Football after 10am on the day of the league it will be assumed the team are unable to fulfill the fixture and the team will be charged 1 weeks match fee
(£40).
Please note teams confirming attendance and failing to show up will be fined the full match cost of £80 (both teams match fee).
If a Team Manager/Assistant Manager fails to correspond with Total Football for 2 consecutive weeks Total Football reserve the right to withdraw the team from the league.
Results
Total Football will endeavour to put results and all stats associated up on the website within 72 hours of the match. It will be the responsibility of the players to check results.
Managers will be asked to text in their goal scores after their game to allow the correct spellings and information to be uploaded to the website.

Cancelled Matches
If a team wish to cancel a fixture they must notify us no later than 10am on the day of the league.
Each team is permitted one cancellation a season at no charge provided it's before 10am on the day of the league; any cancellations above this full payment will be due (£40)
Total Football will attempt to organise a friendly for any team whose opposition cancel. This will be subject to the availability of an opposition team; the fee for a friendly will be (£40)
A 3-0 win will be awarded to any team whose opposition cancel. The result will be attributed to the league standings irrelevant of whether a friendly is organised.
If a team cancels 3 matches in one season Total Football reserve the right to withdraw the team from the league.
Withdrawing from the league
If a team wish to withdraw from the league they must put this in writing to Total Football and provide 7 days’ notice. If a team fail to provide notice they will be charged 1 weeks match fee (£40)
Charges
Teams confirming attendance but failing to show will be charged for both teams match fees (£80)
Teams cancelling a game without as per terms above will be charged 1 weeks match fee (£40)

Health and Safety
All participants understand that Total Football leagues/events involve contact sports and contain risk to the person participating for which Total Football cannot be held responsible.
All players must remove any sharp objects and jewellery before playing.
All players participate at their own risk and agree to take responsibility for all injuries /death that may occur whilst taking part.
All players must notify us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
Participation is at the discretion of Total Football staff.
No responsibility will be taken for damage/loss of personal property whilst attending Total Football competitions. Please only bring the necessary equipment and correct money to prevent or loss to personal belongings.
Teams Managers / Assistant Managers should inspect the pitch before playing to check the area is safe. Any player who feels the playing area is not safe should make the Total Football aware immediately. If no concerns are raised to Total Football staff then it is deemed that players have accepted any risks and ensuing liability for any injury.
If a team have a player that has any important medical information this must be made known to Total Football prior to the player taking part in any Total Football event. Total Football must be provided with accurate personal details including medical information and informed about any changes to personal details.
Anybody feeling generally unwell is advised not to take part in the event.
All players are advised to warm up before playing to minimise the risk of injury.
Total Football reserve the right to refuse participation of any player/spectator that is deemed to be behaving in an anti-social way.
Total Football reserve the right to refuse the participation of any player/spectator deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Drink (other than water / sports drinks) and food may not be consumed on the 3G pitch.
Players must ensure all rubbish is placed within the bins on site.
Photo consent
Total Football will take photos/videos during events for use on our social media pages and website. It is the Team Manager's / Assistant Manager's responsibility to let Total Football know if any players within your team do not give photo consent. This must be made known to Total Football before the individual/s play and must be given in writing.
Not all participants consent to being filmed at Total Football Leagues; meaning we can't allow members
of the public or teams to make their own recordings/videos of the league matches.
Payment
Match fees are due on the day - by card payment on arrival at the league; if this is not possible a bank transfer must be received within 24 hours; if a bank transfer is not received the manager will be contacted to make a card payment over the phone.
A team will not be able to participate again until payment is made and may be withdrawn from the league.
It is the Team Managers / Assistant Managers responsibility to ensure that full payment is made.
Total Football reserve the right to change match costs with appropriate notice to all players.
Safeguarding
Any players that play in Total Football leagues do so entirely at their own risk. Total Football do not accept liability for any personal injury or loss/damage to property, other than that caused by our negligence.
At all Total Football events a member of staff will be first aid trained.
All Total Football Leagues are fully insured.
Website
Every effort is made to keep the website up to date and running smoothly however Total Football take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons out of our control.
You may not create a link to the Total Football website without the permission of Total Football in writing.

Data protection
We will only ask for information that will aid in the communication of Team Managers/Assistant Managers and Total Football.
Personal data that we may collect, use, store and share (when appropriate) includes, but is not restricted to Contact details and contact preferences as well as CCTV images captured in school
We do not share information with any third party without consent unless the law and our policies allow us to do so. Where it is legally required or necessary (and it complies with data protection law) we may share personal information with the Beds FA and Police.
Complaints procedure
All complaints must be put in writing to Total Football at info@totalfootballleagues.co.uk. Total Football will attempt to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.
